She oversees all aspects of client engagement, from proposal strategy to final submission, while guiding her team to deliver high-quality, customized solutions. In addition to directing operations, Andi has grown multiple businesses from the ground up across various industries, bringing entrepreneurial insight and cross-sector experience to every project.

Brennan brings precision, creativity, and strategic insight to every project at Elevated Consulting. With a Bachelor of Science in Business Management, she blends business acumen with a strong eye for design to elevate proposals, websites, and marketing materials. Brennan leads the development of complex visual assets and supports web design with a focus on clarity, professionalism, and user experience. She also plays a key role in editing and proofreading, applying unmatched attention to detail to ensure all client-facing content is polished and aligned with project goals. Hanna brings deep expertise in human resources to Elevated Consulting, supporting all projects related to talent, compliance, and organizational effectiveness. She holds a Bachelor’s in Communications and Media Studies and a Master of Business Administration, along with SHRM-SCP and SPHR certifications. With a professional background in both the education and medical sectors, Hanna offers specialized insight into HR systems, staffing structures, and policy development. She consults on proposal content related to recruitment, retention, licensure, and personnel management—ensuring every HR-related submission is accurate, strategic, and aligned with client needs. She holds a Bachelor’s in Interdisciplinary Studies with a focus on management and brings a strong foundation in organization, efficiency, and administrative coordination. Laura brings nearly two decades of experience in education to her work supporting instructional excellence and leadership development. With both a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in education, she has served as a classroom teacher, instructional coach, assistant principal, and principal in both rural and urban school systems. Laura partners with schools and districts to strengthen instructional practice, build sustainable systems, and foster professional growth for teachers and leaders.
